My Approach

I believe that all beings carry an innate wisdom within themselves-a deep, intelligent knowing that naturally orients us toward healing and wholeness. Healing is not something imposed from the outside; it emerges when the right conditions are present. My work is devoted to creating spaces that support access to this inner wisdom, allowing what is already alive within you to unfold in its own time and way.

I believe that effective healing work begins with the practitioner’s ongoing relationship to their own inner life. This path requires humility, curiosity, and a willingness to remain in process. My personal healing journey is the foundation from which I practice, and I understand this work as a lifelong, evolving commitment rather than a destination.

My role as a practitioner is not to fix or direct, but to cultivate the conditions that allow healing to emerge organically. I do this through presence, attuned listening, witnessing, reflection, and authentic human connection. I aim to offer a space that feels safe, spacious, and responsive—one where complexity is welcome and all parts of you are met with care.

I work with the understanding that healing is relational, embodied, and often non-linear. It may involve moments of clarity and expansion alongside periods of uncertainty or rest. At the heart of my approach is deep respect for your autonomy and inner authority. My intention is to walk alongside you, offering steadiness and reflection as you reconnect with your own wisdom, agency, and capacity for healing.

Experience & Education

I am a therapist and educator with expertise in MDMA-Assisted Therapy, ketamine-assisted therapy, psychedelic risk reduction, and psychedelic professional development. I am a licensed clinical natural medicine facilitator under Colorado’s Natural Medicine model and provide psilocybin facilitation services.

I served as co-founder of Memoru and Memoru Center for Visionary Healing Arts. I am deeply aligned with bringing psychedelic-assisted care and training to underserved populations.

I worked at the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) for a decade where I held multiple roles including Director of Harm Reduction, leading the the work of the Zendo Project. I served as the appointed harm reduction advocate for the Denver Psilocybin Mushroom Policy Review Panel and spearheaded the MAPS Psychedelic Crisis Assessment and Intervention Training for First Responders. I currently serve as Project and Content Coordinator for The Ohio State University’s Center for Psychedelic Drug Research and Education’s Psychedelic Emergency, Acute, and Continuing-Care Education (P.E.A.C.E.) First Responder Psychedelic Crisis program.

I served as a therapist for Lykos Therapeutics Phase 2 and Phase 3 clinical trials researching the safety and efficacy of MDMA-Assisted Therapy for PTSD and served as a Lead Educator and Associate Supervisor.

I am the Lead Facilitator and founding Course Director for the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Training. I am a trainer for Fluence and the Zendo Project.

I have served as an advisor and consultant for multiple organizations in the psychedelic space including DanceSafe and Beckley Clinical.

Over the past 14 years, I have helped to train over 8,000 individuals on the topics of psychedelic-assisted therapy, psychedelic peer support, and personal and professional development in the psychedelic field.

I believe in the potential of psychedelics as catalysts for individual, community, and collective healing.

I come from mixed white/latina/genízaro ancestry and was raised in Northern New Mexico. Central to my own healing journey has been my connection to land and the natural world, which is my greatest teacher. I have held a personal relationship with psychedelics for over 25 years.
